  • Marketing – Our seasoned staff provides and implements DMA marketing campaigns to advertise through the television, radio, direct mail, internet and/or print mediums. Our firm then monitors the process in order to fine tune ads to maximize exposure and profits.

  • Screening – Our state of the art call centers conducts highly focused in-bound and out-bound call campaigns, capturing relevant data and documentation to input and upload in to our secure web-based system to be audited and vetted by our mortgage experts.
  • Vetting – Case Analysts will then interview each perspective clients and review all documentation looking for the types of violations pre-designated by the law firms and litigation managing members. We apply strict suitability criteria to ensure that each of our clients’ cases is in-line with our designated legal defenses.
  • Auditing – Our mortgage experts perform a forensic audit on all documentation provided by the client, as well as all documents gathered through Discovery. This involves (on average) 1200 pages per homeowner, and includes, but is not limited to, the loan application, tax returns, appraisal, original/current lender correspondence, title company, loan officer and broker information. We then indentify and report probable state or federal violations as presented.
  • Organizing – The IT Staff will prepare and present all gathered information on a secure web-based system. All documentation including call agent and case analyst notes and audit reports are accessed through our system. The system also generates and maintains the legal work flow and legal documents, including but not limited to, retainer agreements, affidavits, cease and desist letters, QWRs, RFP’s and complaints. Our well developed platform allows lawyers to be lawyers, without concern of customer service issues, collections, and/or worry over the management of high caseloads involving complex lending rules and regulations.
